Yours of the 22nd rec'd and Shamokin and Newburgh engines to ship soon, but missing a part necessary to start it. We asked to start the Cumberland Engines at our expense and they agreed, but they then requested replacements for broken parts and our man by the first train, implying they tried to start it but screwed up.
