- Directed by law committee to hire a young lawyer Mr. O'Callaghan, discusses salary and that his work will be outside of patents. First thing he will work on is condition of legislation in various states, Massachusetts statute regarding payment of license fee to Co within that state, and license between EELCo and Isolated Co. Also to have him deal with examination of authorities in law libraries that Eaton doesn't have time to make. O'Callaghan familiar with patent litigation and can take charge of Sawyer and Man suit in general way
