Editor's Notes: after conference between Eaton, Upton, Moore, Johnson, and Insull in the morning Eaton takes responsibility in absence of TAE to ask Upton to order new engine for Bellefonte as "all parties admit that the lights at Bellefonte are very irregular, giving dissatisfaction and causing large lamp breakage, owing to the bad regulation of the engine" which is not large enough
