- Details of stock distro to Howell, Bradley, Lawson, Dyer. Edison sells four shares to the Lamp Co. at full value of assessements with interest and holds them as trustee for them untill they have paid. You will draw up a trust doc stating he holds the shares in trust and expects at least $5/wk paid to the lamp company. If this payment is not made the Lamp Co. can buy back the stock.
