- Supplied date. 3 pp. Plan for reorganization of Edison Electric Light Co of Santiago -- (par1) Committee of two stockholders to be appointed to reach settlement with Messrs. Ed Kendall & Co., in which Kendall relinquishes all claims from present shareholders and company in New York. more re Kendall in par. 5-6. (par 7) EEL Co in New York “will be asked to accept 30% in shares of the new company as compensation for all its rights in Chili ; it being understood that all other provisions of the printed contract herein annexed (known as the Oralle or Ovalli?? Contract) shall be accepted by the new organization” (par 8) TAE will surrender all rights in chili which he has purchased from the New York Co. without other compensation than the payment of all expenses incurred by his representative in developing the isolated and village business.” (Par 10) Reorganized company will attempt “to increase the capital stock by a sum sufficient to provide for an increase in the capital of the present station. Mr. Edison agrees to furnish a plant adapted for the needs of the business at cost price, and contract for its erection.
