Rcd this cable from Bailey: "Interest and formation July conditions unchanged, presidency sound. Send quick plans dynamo and balance station. Answer." Unclear what he means by 'unchanged' since capital now 7million instead 10million; assume he means the two million has not to be paid back. "The balance station" refers to the French translation of Illuminating Co's balance sheet [follows as enclosure]. Meadowcroft marginalia" July 8,1884 I called status meeting I told him at a meeting yesterday ( mr TAE Eaton Batechelor present) if was outside that we shipped the 200 parts of the { difficult to read} and orignally arranged for the longer Mr. ---?
