Title
[D8455J], Letter from William Symes Andrews to Thomas Alva Edison, January 24th, 1884
Editor's Notes
Send Kruesi blow lamp and Bergmann battery. Find that "for the ordinary testing out of circuits a battery and bell is preferable to a magnet as the latter will ring through such a very high resis, but a magnet is best when testing for crosses." TAE marg crosswritten: "guess they can get long with [magneto?]"
