- Enclosed find expense sheet. Engine governor causing some trouble---has tendency to race. Tying rope to rocker arm and checking motion of governor brings it back to speed. This brought governor past sticking point---an important tip for those running engines. Oil on commutator caused bad cross. All OK outside.
