"When the Mount Carmel people were down here Mr. Shaw was very loud in statinf that they were the finest people we could eeal with, and that if we once closed the contract there would be no question about the money. Our experience with Mt Carmel is the same as with all Mr Shaw's other towns except Hazelton."
