- Insull ALS from London. Confirming cable correspondence 28/12/83 to 3/1/84. Sorry Perry hasn't sold any Batchelor's Isolated, as "Batchelor wants the money." Will check into cost of Swan lamps. Last year sold 180,000 and made $40,000 presuming $1.25 per lamp. Won't get figures from Swan factory. Wants Mathers dynamos shipped pronto because should have been sent 2 weeks ago. Glad about hiring of Acheson because he had offer from competition, but "would not go back on Mr. Edison." Congratulations on getting Tiffin started.
