- [Letterhead: Samuel Swan, M.D. I.H.A.] Writes to discuss cholerea. Swan believes that cholera is caused by the atmosphere and has been "making tests for Ozone." Swan wants to know if TAE has an instrument to detect electricity in the air because he believes the causes can be electrical. He also wants to know how to set up an experiment to test the acid in the air and hopes TAE will help him.
