Writes TAE to report from the Board meeting of the Euro Co Ltd. Reports that they ratified the Belgium contract. Asks TAE to sign and return the three encolosed letters by Monday morning. Also reports that they are going to ask Upton to obtain the "best possible proposition from Rau" re: the merger of the three companies.
