Writes TAE to report on a conversation that he had with Upton about the Lamp Company. Crowell reports that Upton estimates that the original estimate of a $45,000 profit for the company is wrong, he claims that it should be between $30,000 and $35,000 instead; accordingly, TAE should lower his offer on buying the stock.
