"Pay Light Co for handling accts guarannt'g bills 3 cents per lamps on Lamp used N+S America only" "Light Co have orders filled first" "Light Co have orders filled first." Carries stock of 50,000 lamps. "Edison give all his improvements in filiment Lamps for 10 years from date to Lamp Co." Includes protections against the Light Co does anything that "prejudiced to interest of Light Co." [see draft agreement HM850276, also HM87AAZ mentions agreement of 4/23/85]
