Agreement between Callender Insulated and Waterproofing Co. of NY and Edison Machine Works. Basically, Machine Works agrees to offer Callender cable to customers for feeders at same time offter tubes; Callender will not compete with Machine Works for underground work for Edison cos.; Callender charge Machine Works 10% less than prices to other parties and guarantee them; Machine Works to have Callender supervise laying of Callender cable; various other things laid out for how two companies will interact, particularly concerning installation of cables. A "variant" of this contract follows as Doc No. D8531ZAL.
