Agreement between the Edsion Machine Works and Cornelius Van Bruist [?], proprieter of the George Place Machinery Company. The agreement states that the Edison Machine Works will be the sole agent for shafting, pulleys, hangers, and couplings for the George Place Machinery Company. Document also includes agreement as to money and terms of the contract.
