Batchelor is elected as chairman and Insull was elected as secretary. Verifies that the capital stock of the company is ten thousand dollars and authorizes that it be used to purchase "property necessary for the business of the company." The document also notes that the company also resolved to increase the capital to thirty thousand dollars and that $200,000 worth of Capital Stock be offered for subscription. The resolution passed.
