- Editor's Notes
- You possibly remember me as having met me at Worcester and heard of me through Mr. Bancroft. I can refer you to several mutual acquaintances. I have a friend in Russia, who has been trying to introduce your lights and writes me that he finds it about impossible to deal with the agents of the light who claim the territory of Russia, residing in Paris. I wish to enquire, on his behalf, whether the parties in Paris really own the territorial right to Russia, or whether there is an opportunity for him to deal with the parent Co. directly.
