Editor's Notes: A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Western Edison Co. will be held at the Co. office on July 15. ##Object of the meeting is the election of a President to succed Gen. Anson Stager, and the filling of a vacancy now existing on the Board. Also, the discussion of the proposed modifications of the contracts existing with the Parent Co., and such other business in regard to the future policy of the co. as may come before the meeeting.
