Writes to say that they are considering the proposition contained in a letter from Dec. 28th [not found]. States that they find the terms impracticable, especially the 7.5% commission on the selling price of "each outfit of typograph." Instead suggest that they lower the commission to 5% of the "American Invoice Trade."
