Agreement between TAE and Unz regarding Autograph Stencils. Document authorizes Unz to manufacturing and sell autographic stencils in the United States, but not in other countries. Agreement states that Unz will pay .75 as a license for each item sold. The rest of the document sets further terms for the agreement. Marg: "Note: The words 'but only upon the written consent of the party of the first part" were intended in the ninth paragraph before signing. In presence of Samuel Insull & [other signature illegible]" Second Marg: "I hereby consent that the foregoing contract be in all respects correct (?), abrogated (?) and [illegible]. Henry H. Unz (?)
