Title
[D8541Y], Letter from Gardiner C Sims to Samuel Insull, July 24th, 1885
Editor's Notes
[Letterhead of Edwar P. Hampson & Co., Steam Engines and Boilers] I leave tonight by steamer. My brother is sick in Providence and our Supt. Mr. Littlefield will go on his vacation. I must take charge of the works and be there all of my time from 6:30 am to 6 pm. ##Cannot say when I can come in again unless sent for. I hope you can spend a Sunday with me. To say that I had a perfect time at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Benedict hardly expresses the feelings I desire to communicate. You, too, are always welcome. I shall remember my visit with pleasure.
