We offer the Mathersen balata[?] patent for the United States for $250,000, gold. ##Or, we will sell for $125,000 cash and half the stock of a company, and will agree to subscribe $25,000 against $25,000 for working purposes, making $50,000 for the treasury. ##We willingly yield the majority in the Board of Direction to the purchasers. ##If, with your assistance and TAE's valuable endorsement, we effect a sale, or organization, we agree to give you, respectively, 5% and 10% of money and stock received by us, first deducting in case of company organization the amount subscribed for treasury purposes.
