A contractual agreement wherein Edison Ore Milling agrees to construct and deliver to Ocean Magnetic Iron Co. of New York machines to separate magnetic iron ore from sand or pulverized ore; Ocean Magnetic to pay $400 per machine for use; machines remain the exlusive property of Edison Ore Milling; no license is given to use machines to separate gold, silver, or other precious metals, with the express exception of a small area along the Pacific Coast; Edison Ore Milling agrees not to license machines to other parties; Ocean Magnetic also agrees to pay royalties per ton of iron ore extracted, specified per year.
