[Letterhead: Edison Electric Light System] Has written to Johnson expressing his desire to handle Canadian business alone. "Hutch [a manager], however, is anxious to abandon this territory." Tate thinks it is worth pursuing. Urges Insull to suggest to Johnson the creation of the position of auditor and inspector of local companies in hopes that he (Tate) might fill it..
