He is still waiting for the apparatus to arrive and when it does he will conduct experiments with it. In the letter TAE mentioned prices for items, but Tate did not have an invoice. He needs the invoice because he can do nothing with customs until he receives them. Includes Otto's valluations at "4 phones $5 each, 4 Sounders $3.50; 4 Re.Bts $2.00" for a total of $42.00
