Informs TAE of negotiation with Adams over 15,635 shares of Oriental; told Adams the shares "would be a bargain at $9,000 (3 times what Adams offered) and asked him to see what his London friends would give; notes that the price "I am figuring on is more than c50 a share which would only net $7817.50"; TAE owns 14,500 shares, the rest belong to Batchelor and EHJ (Johnson).## Attachment. "TAE This is what I got from Adams I supplied to him as follows "I am of the opinion that the 15,635 shares of Oriental Telephone Co. (B shares) would be a bargain at $9,000 — three times the amount you mention cannot you communicate with your London friends & see what they would give for them.'"
