We received your two letters asking for statement of the Seyfert v. Edison matter and Schenck asked us to write you on the reason for the delay. We wrote to the clerk of the Supreme Court on receiving your first letter, asking him to tax[?] all the costs to date and have written him since then a second time to the same purpose, but we have not yet received the figures. As soon as we can get the costs in shape, we will send you the statement.
