- Editor's Notes
- I enclose a copy of a letter I have received from Waterhouse & Co. [see Doc D8603ZAG], one of the solicitors to the United Telephone Co. On receipt of this letter today, I wrote the enclosed copy letter [see Doc D8603ZAH] to the Stereoscopic Co. They will doubtless contend that the disclaimer was a voluntary act on the part of your assignees and that the compensation was awarded to them for their interest under the license exclusive of your interest which you voluntarily abandoned by permitting your assignees to disclaim. ##As the point is a doubtful one, I would suggest that if the Co. disputes your claim, they should be asked to refer the question informally to the arbitration of any practical man, patent agent, or counsel to be agreed on.
