[Letterhead of Columbia College Library] I remember reading that some years ago, you made some experiments to determine the best style of penmanship as regards speed and legibility. Can you kindly tell me where I can find the details of those studies and the results? We are now doing this in the American Library Association, hoping to decide on a style of writing for library catalogs.
