- Title
- [D8603ZCQ], Memorandum, John Canfield Tomlinson, 1886
- Editor's Notes
- Memoranda prepared for Seyfert v. TAE case. Difficult to read, but appears to be an argument concerning whether the property in a note passes by endorsement if the endorsee knew at the time he received[?] it that the endorser had no right to make the transfer. Appears to go into more specifics of when a note would be enforceable and when not, citing legal precedent, including discussing difference between transfer before maturity or after maturity.
