- Editor's Notes
- [Enclosure to Doc D8613C] One of my students, Mr. Raeburn, 27 years of age, who had been 7 years in the grain business, took a decided turn for electrical engineering and has made good progress. ##He has done most of the practical tests in Munro[?] & Jamieson's Electrical Pocket Book in our lab here and would form a very useful assistant to any electrician or in any electric light factory. ##He proposes to write to you and has asked me to state his qualifications, which I have much pleasure in doing. He is thoroughly steady and earnest. [Added as postscript]: When are you coming over? We would all give you a hearty welcome.
