Title

[D8620F1], Bill/Receipt from Bergmann & Co to Thomas Alva Edison, December 21st, 1886

Editor's Notes

First three pages appear to be different versions of same inventory/bill to TAE from Bergmann. First page lists number of various types of supplies, including fixtures, resistance boxes, wires, connections, etc. (one entry has a drawing of the part). The second page is an official bill to TAE, with what appears to be the same list of materials, but with amounts for each one (totalling 534.96). At the bottom of the bill is written, "Turned over by John Ott from Const. Dept. Stock." There is marginalia at the top of the bill that reads: "Mr. Insull said not to Bill this." The third page is the same list of materials, with amounts listed next to them, and with each entry checked off. There are calculations at the bottom of the page. ##The fourth (and final) page lists 5 types of lamp shades (with numbers), with a drawing illustrating each. They are: 14 Ground Glass shades; 6 Ground Glass shades; 15 Plain Porchin shades; 1 Ground Glass shade for [----] lamp; 1 Plain Ground shade.
