- Editor's Notes
- In the matter of liquidation of the EEL Co. of Europe and in carrying out the request of Insull, I have to say I accept the offer of a cash settlement as follows: 50% of the face of the Debenture Bonds and payment of accrued coupons, and interest on the face of the bonds at 6% from the date of maturity of bonds to present time. ##In regard to my old account of $2720.55 against above company, I agreed with Insull to deduct $1020.55. This leaves $1700 to be paid to me, upon receipt of which I will give a receipt in full of said account.
