[Unexecuted] Agreement between the EEL Co. and the stockholders of the Machine Works (TAE, Batchelor, Livor, Insull, J.P. Morgan, James Hood Wright). References an agreement between the Light Co. and the Machine Works (of the same date as this one), an agreement made between the Light Co. and the then stockholders of the Electric Tube Co. dated Feb. 19, 1885, and an agreement previously made between the Light Co. and the then stockholders of the Machine Works. This agreement ratifies those three agreements (and any modifications of them) and the stockholders agree that each agreement will be binding upon them as if they had originally constituted the parties of those agreements.
