[Enclosure to D8627ZAD] List of Clauses proposed by Porter for contract concerning manufacture of engine. [List of 6 terms proposed by Porter, abridged here: Engine to be called "The Porter Engine" in the contract, Royalties to accrue on engines when sold and shipped to purchaser [TAE Marg here: "Repays royalty if purchaser fails to pay"], royalty accounts to be made up quarterly in cash, if payment of royalties defaulted for thirty [TAE crossed out and wrote "sixty"] days after demand made, Porter can annul licence, in case of annulment, Porter entitled to take all drawing and patterns of engine at a value to be fixed by arbitration, and royalties payable to Porter or his legal representative.
