Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Machine Works held at the house of TAE, Llewellyn Park, NJ [Glenmont], on Dec. 3, 1886. TAE, Batchelor, and Insull present. ##Batchelor tendered his resignation as Treasurer. ##Insull was unanimously elected Treasurer, with full powers to transact business and perform the functions ordinarily performed by the General Manager. ##It was decided that no Notes should be issued by the Co. unless signed by the Treasurer and countersigned by the Pres. or V.P. ##Batchelor reported sale of property in Brooklyn originally bought for the purpose of erecting shops for the Co. and the purchase of the property in Schenectady in its place. ##Resolution adoped that the office of the Machine Works be moved from 104 Goerck St, NY, to the new shops at Schenectady on Mon, Dec. 19, 1886. ##Meeting adjourned.
