(from p 2): Mr. Johnson when I told him that Clark Told Hatch that if I went into NY I could and probably would put bstacles in the way of his Central Station business, said, "You tell Mr. Hutchinson the the deals with you as Manager of the E.U.M.Co. I will take care of Central Station matters and if Mr. Clark wants to leave NY State tomorrow he can do it!
