[Letterhead: Little-Menlo] responding to TAE's letter D8751AAB in which TAE expressed annoyance with Bell for bringing out a phonograph under the name graphophone; Gouraud says he can't imagine why TAE is annoyed with him for forming a company with Bell to market the Graphophone since Gouraud did so in TAE's interest. Part of letter is missing.
