Editor's Notes
Former writer for the Boston Journal asks TAE for a six-month loan of $100 to bail him out of financial trouble; says he wrote a story on the phonograph when it was demonstrated in Boston and several extended articles on TAE's inventions and experiments; was led to believe he would have the opportunity to make some money from TAE's enterprises, but it didn't work out. [TAE Marg 1: "File this wrote him would endorse his 3 months notes. E"] [Marg. 2: "Private"] [see related letter D8805AAI1]
