- Editor's Notes
- "Yours of the 26 ult. received."; would be pleased to observe your process for oriferous sulphides; let me know soon when to come; could I see the proces before you finish putting up the building and the works are running?; thanks for the offer to send a phonograph; "I think I shall need a large number of them."###"You surprise me greatly when you say you have not the faculty of writing" especially after reading what you've written; but since you say so, "I would suggest that you confide to the phonograph 'all that you know about treating oriferous ores' and let it tell it to me when it comes here"; let us know if we can be of service; would like anything you can give us on application of electricity in mining or metallurgy; would like to have it in time for issue of the coming week.
