- Tate responding to request on the 17th regarding putting the second Phonoplex circuit on the Phila & Pittsburg wire. Tate states that we are working on two independent circuits on the same wire on the Lehigh Valley R.R. and should be able to do the same for P & P. Tate offers to put up the circuit for a trial period of thirty days and to remove it if unsatisfactory. Includes an itemized list of the items and costs to put up the circuit and references the royalty cost and cost for Edison employee doing the work.
