- Editor's Notes
- "Since my conversation with you when I was at the Llewellyn Park a few evenings ago, I have had to estimates made up, on the comparative cost of using two dynamos on the three-wire system, as a unit, or using one dynamo of the capacity of both, as a unit, and enclose you herewith both estimates. ## You will see that if possible to arrange that one dynamo should do the work for two, there would be a considerable saving. ## I also enclose you a list of electrical apparatus, required in the central stations, that is the price of a single article of each kind. ## You will notice that the electrical appliances cost a considerable amount of money in our stations, and, if you can devise any method for simplifying the arrangements, or cheapening the apparatus, it would go far toward helping us out with our competitors." Marginalia by TAE: "File in letters to be attended to" Enclosure: D8733ABH.
