Title

[D8734AAU], Letter from Francis Robbins Upton to Alfred Ord Tate, October 21st, 1887

Editor's Notes

"Regarding the shipment of lamps to parties whose accounts are overdue, I desire that whenever an account is overdue that the instructions given to the Packing Dep't. shall be such that no shipment shall be made to those parties unless same is at the time of shipment authorized from the office. I have taken this step to prevent our accounts running up against Companies without our attention being called in every case to the fact that more lamps are being shipped to them, and that every shipment is made a special case."
