Mr. Phillips and myself have both looked into this matter, and it would require further machinery here for us to do it and the changes are that the machinery now used, is patented; I very much question whether it is a thing we want to go into now anyway: we should get all we can out of the wire covering business before we saddle Phillips with something entirely outside."
