Editor's Notes
"The following is an extract from the minutes of a meeting of the Executive Committee, held November 29th at this office, ## 'Mr. Upton moved that the Vice President write Mr. Edison, asking him to put up in his laboratory an experimental five-wire plant and pledging the Company to pay expense thereof. ## Motion seconded by Mr. Bergmann and carried unanimously.' ## In accordance with the above will you please have the system put in operation as rapidly as possible, forwarding bills to this Company for payment. ## Of course I would like to be informed from time to time how the work is progressing and also feel that I should like to study it up so as to familiarize myself in all its details."
