- Title
- [D8749AAJ], Letter from Dyer and Seely to Charles Batchelor, July 7th, 1887
- Editor's Notes
- Enclosed with D8749AAI. "Your old application on cut out for municipal lamps has to be acted upon this month or else abandoned. We can probably amend it so as to get same claims on the particular construction of the cut out. But as we understand that such cut outs are not used anymore, we do not know whether you will think it worth while to get out the patent. Would you please instruct us about this as if you want to know more about it, see us the next time you are here. We have until the 18th inst. to get the amendment in."
