On opposite side of invitation: "Object of the meeting! ## To consider the advisability of Consolidating this Company with the Phelps Induction Telegraph Co. and, if thought advisable so to do, of taking the necessary steps to effect such consolidation. ## Also, to fix the amount of salary of the President of the Company."
