- [Letterhead: John Royle & Sons] Has received his favor from the 25th. They send an additional view of their tubing machine. The machince can insulte wire and a few have been fitted for that purpose. They have not furnished any apparatus for feeding or taking away the wire. The belt in the picture is to be used for carrying tubing and cord. The rest of the letter further describes the apparatus.
