[Letterhead: Holyoke Machine Company] "Your favor of 2nd inst. Is duly received and noted. The 28" pulleys, shown on the plan which we sent you, should make not over 170 revolutions per minute. The two 4" belts run from the same pulley or drum, one belt being open and the other crossed. The drum should be about the same diameter as the elevator pulleys referred to above.
